About Me

Hello, my name is Matthew Dettling. I was born and raised in northern Alberta, Canada and grew up spending most of my time outdoors exploring nature with my family and friends. This naturally developed into a passion for the outdoors as an adult, where I chose to expand on my interest in cameras and teach myself the workings of photography!

My primary goal with photography has always been to capture interesting and memorable moments throughout my journeys, so I can on day look back and remember the amazing stories, situations, and feelings I had along the way. I love going on adventures and sharing those adventures through photographs and videos.
